Umrah Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

This giveaway competition is sponsored by Talkremit Ltd (“Sponsor”), located at 20 Eastbourne Terrace London W2 6LG, UK.

• Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals whose passports are eligible to fly to the destination, and who are at least 18 years of age. Employees etc of Talkremit Ltd, Dahabshiil and affiliated companies are excluded. Their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is not available to residents of Quebec, Canada. 

• Competition Period

The competition begins at 00:00 GMT on Feb 9th, 2026, and ends at 00:00 GMT on Mar 19th, 2026. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

• How to Enter

Participants must visit our website [https://landing.talkremit.com/ramadan-2026/] and sign up on our landing page. Participants can increase their number of entries by sharing this giveaway with friends and family. The more you share, the more entries you earn.

• Selection of Winner

The prize draw will determine the winner through a random selection process. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

• Prize

There will be one lucky winner who will receive an Umrah travel package for two, organised within the Sponsor’s allocated budget and subject to seasonal availability at the time of booking. The prize value is approximate and may vary depending on booking conditions. Prize specifics are as listed or equivalent, are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative substitutions will be offered except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

• Notification

The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

• Promotional Rights Granted by You

By entering this contest, you understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees shall have the right, throughout the world, to:

• edit, adapt, print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media and any language your entry to the competition, and
• use your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and image in association with your entry,

all for the purpose of promoting the TalkRemit brand without any further compensation to you.

• Cancellation and suspension

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.

We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

• Disputes

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. It may also be subject to provincial, and local laws and regulations. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

• Winner declaration requirement

If you are the winner, you will be required to sign a consent document before you are entitled to receive the prize. This will include confirming:

• that you have complied with the competition rules,
• that you are not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Talkremit Ltd (or any of its affiliates or related companies),
• that you are aged 18 or older,
• the promotional rights granted by you in paragraph 8 (Promotional Rights Granted by You).
